By using LaunchPix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LaunchPix is a screenshot mockup generator that helps you create app store listing images. The App is available as a web application and native mobile application.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
LaunchPix offers optional one-time purchases (Plus and Pro tiers). Web purchases are processed through Stripe. Mobile purchases are processed through the platform's app store. Refund policies follow the respective platform's guidelines.
You retain full ownership of any screenshots, images, captions, or designs you upload or create using LaunchPix. We do not claim any rights to your content. Image processing happens locally on your device unless you explicitly use a server-powered AI Design Assistant action. Improve My Design sends either a temporary rendered copy of your current complete canvas plus sanitized editable style settings, or a previous finished design you select, to our AI provider (Anthropic). Current captions are also included when “Keep my captions” is enabled. Match Reference Style sends the reference you choose plus sanitized settings and visible captions from your current design so its visual treatment can be transferred without importing reference content. These inputs are used solely to generate suggested presentation settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. By uploading a previous design or reference, you confirm you have the right to use it. AI suggestions may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing captions and ensuring finished screenshots comply with app-store guidelines and third-party rights.
LaunchPix uses anonymous analytics services to understand how the app is used and improve features. We collect usage events (e.g., exports completed, features used) through PostHog (web), Firebase Analytics (native), and Vercel Analytics (web traffic only). These events do not contain personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for details on which data we collect and third-party analytics providers.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent payment or licensing mechanisms, or redistribute the App without permission.
LaunchPix, its logo, design, and code are the property of LaunchPix and are protected by copyright. Device frame designs are used for mockup purposes under fair use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that exports will be accepted by the app stores, though we aim to match their current specifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
