By using LaunchPix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LaunchPix is a screenshot mockup generator that helps you create app store listing images. The App is available as a web application and native mobile application.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
LaunchPix offers optional one-time purchases (Plus and Pro tiers). Web purchases are processed through Stripe. Mobile purchases are processed through the platform's app store. Refund policies follow the respective platform's guidelines.
You retain full ownership of any screenshots, images, or designs you upload or create using LaunchPix. We do not claim any rights to your content. Image processing happens locally on your device, with one exception: if you use the optional AI Match Layout feature, the reference image you upload is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate suggested style settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AI Match Layout you confirm you have the right to upload that reference image. You are responsible for ensuring your finished screenshots comply with the applicable app store guidelines and any third-party rights.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent payment or licensing mechanisms, or redistribute the App without permission.
LaunchPix, its logo, design, and code are the property of LaunchPix and are protected by copyright. Device frame designs are used for mockup purposes under fair use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that exports will be accepted by the app stores, though we aim to match their current specifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
